It's hard to read the sign here, but in an accompanying photograph (which I was unable to purchase) the unobstructed sign reads:
Moon Shine Club 1908

Who were these women? And what was up with this club? Did they cross-dress and drink moonshine? I don't know, but cross-dressing was definitely trendy around this time, judging from other photographs I've seen.
